With a subscribed membership of 40 and a regular attendance of 90 people, Holy Qurbana is celebrated on all Sundays and feast days inside the school building. The spiritual organizations meet regularly with 20 students in Sunday school, 10 Acolytes and 15 members in Martha Mariam Samajam. There are 3 prayer groups and meet regularly in different areas. The St. Thomas Mission School at Jankipuram is affiliated with ICSE Board, with 827 students from Pre-nursery to Class XII, with 32 teachers and 18 non-teaching staffs.
